Service 03 · Hosted telephony

Phones that cost less and do considerably more.

Hosted business telephony — extensions, call routing, voicemail-to-email and call recording — running over your internet connection instead of a landline contract.

The problem

Most businesses are still paying line rental on a system that cannot follow a staff member to a second office.

A hosted phone system replaces physical lines with extensions that live in software. Adding a person is a configuration change, not a technician callout. Someone working from home has the same extension they have at their desk, and calls route to them without anyone dialling a cell number.

We provision the handsets, configure the routing to match how your business actually answers calls, and manage the platform ongoing. Because we also handle the network, we size the connection for voice properly rather than hoping it holds.

Questions we get asked
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobile numbers you nominate, so you keep answering. Where uptime is critical we scope a backup connection as part of the design.
Can we keep our current number?
Yes, in most cases. Number porting is standard and we manage the process, keeping the old line active until the port completes.
Is it cheaper than what we have?
Usually, because line rental disappears and call rates are lower. We show you the comparison against your actual bill before you commit.
